Sea Dweller question
All -
I apologize off the bat if this info is on here somewhere else, did a quick check but did not see anything. Recently been looking at my SD and noticed that right after the 16600 there was a capital 'T' , just wondering what that it for. Thanks in advance for any help with my education.

I think it indicates that the lume on the dial has Tridium in it. I'm sure more experienced members will be along to further clarify.

The T should indicate that Tritium has been used as the lume. Check this post for more information

Thank you both or posting. The SD is a 'M' serial so that puts it in the 2007 timeframe if I am not mistaken. The dial indicates 'SWISS MADE' which should mean superluminova material. That is why I am puzzled about the 'T' right after 16600 on the watch itself. I will try so more digging and if I find anything I will post it here.
Thanks

The T on the case after 16600, or any other Rolex number, means that the case is a non-lug hole case..
For these, you must use bracelet endlinks with the slots in the back for the spring-bars......... otherwise, you can't get the bracelet off without surgery...... Many early endlinks also have T, such as 501T, or 801T SEL's, etc....so you matched them up..... T end-links to T cases..
