My Fake Tudor Sub
My first post...
I bought a fake Tudor online last month . Fortunately I determined that is was a counterfeit from information found on this site. I contacted the dealer and he accepted the return. For the sake of educating others I'm asking the many experts on this forum to take a look at the photos posted. Please point out what makes this a fake. Of note: 1.) The bezel would not index. It would move freely in both directions. 2.) The lume was mismatched. 3.) The case was in great shape, and had the serial number 737738, model number 7016/0 I wanted to thank everyone for the information you've posted on this forum. My next purchase will be a Rolex Sub or Sea Dweller (not the Deep Sea). Most likely used but that's just fine with me. From what I've read a smart Rolex purchase is money in the bank. Regards, Earl |
