Get her a canned ham and wrap it in a heart shaped box. You can tape the list of options on the bottom of the can and let her choose whatever she wants. If you want it to be really romantic you can include a hand-written poem ("There once was a ham from Nantucket..."). This is a win-win solution. She will get the gift she prefers and you get to see her face when she opens her gift.
