I aslo asked the AD what price he could do the SS Daytona for he replied "I will do it for list price"
I thought he would have given a discount !!!!

In the UK I guess authorised dealers consider the display of a steel

Grey dealers on the other hand (in central London) they display them
in 2's and 3s.

I saw one in an AD's display case in Maine last year. They said it was sitting there for a few months.

When I checked last night TK had one for sale for under the US retail cost.

Why doesn't it happen in the uk?

Lower supply and higher demand, I think. The market hasn't collapsed here like it has Stateside

yeah good point Chris. The way the demand goes in Europe and the way rolex supplies the ss daytonas, I dont think the Market will ever collaspe in Europe...
