Well, time and time again, the San Diego Chapter of TRF has proven itself to be the most dedicated, knowledgable, friendly and community-orientated of all members.. and oh by the way the best looking too.....

and we will hold another GTG at a watch show. I wanted to post this early so anyone that might be in the area can plan to join.

On April 10th, the Swiss Watch Gallery in La Jolla Village is having a "best of Basel" show with (suposedly) new models. I have been to these before and there are some nice displays, refreshments, knowledgable people and maybe even the local Rolex Rep. Deals can be had at this show so if you're in a buying mood, it could be good.

So, anyone that will be in the Southern California area is welcome, but JustRolexes (Tony) Steelinox (Randy) Safetrends (David) HydroMarc (Marco) and yours truely, TheVTCGuy will proudly represent TRF. If only other communities would stand up for TRF like we do!!!! Well, I guess when you're the best... you're simply the best....

The show is from 11 to 6 I think, if anyone would like to meet up at a specific time just let me know, there are a couple coffee joints in the mall we could have a snack if you like. See you at the show!

I was up at La Jolla where a homeowner, of a really really $$$$ home, had the San Diego sewer back up into his home and is still fighting with the city on the $$$$$ bill. San Diego states the sewer is the homeowners fault, however the homeowner had many of thousands of gallons of sewer (that he could not have produced in less of an hour) end up in his home. Legal battle in court for several years, so what is San Diego going to do when it looses? Pay with IOU's that are worthless.
