really like the "swiss" only at the bottom of the dial.

That's the A series dial... It was only made in 1999-2000. rare dial.

No, it is absolutely correct with the "swiss" only for Luminova dials produced from ca 1998 to 2000. It is also correct for the very old radium dials on vintage watches. So the period when Rolex produced watches with "swiss" only was a refreshing reminder of the 50's.
