comparing 2 vintage rolex on ebay

need some advice on these 2 offers on eBay:

The 6517 looks suspect - I dont see any tritium markers yet the dial is marked T SWISS MADE T
The movement also doesnt look normal to me ??

The 1964 1601 claims to have a 1570 movement which was only introduced in 65 but that could mean that an older case was used when the watch was assembled.
I also dont see tritium on the hands.

I personally wouldn't touch either as their starting prices are just too low!!

on the 6517, how the caseback meets the case is awkward... then again, i'm not too steeped in vintage rolex.
