Tudor Mini Sub, removing bezel question
Hi
The bezel on my wifes Mini sub is firmly stuck, and not turning. The model is a 73090 and I believe from the 1980,s. I bought this watch for her on impulse and up till then did not know they exsisted. How ever I have been looking at the posts on the forum. Is removal on all subs the same.or is there anything different. I was kindly advised by a forum member to try and rinse it under warm water but this failed. My biggest worry, has it been glued down, you never know with second hand watches. I would be grateful for any advise offered. Thankyou Peter. |

Tudor minisub bezel has a spring in it that locks onto the crystal bezel in a slot. You need to carefully pry one side up till the spring dissengages then it will come off. Now the little spring runs in a groove inside the bezel and will get slightly bent when you take it off just remove it straighten it out put it back in the groove and snap back on when ready. If you go to my website www.timecareinc.com hit the my pictures link you'll see a Tudor minisub I restored. They are nice watches I like how they look and feel. Rikki
