when i was in town, thought i'd go into WoS and Ernest Jones on Oxford street and the manager would supply one since i didnt have a DJ with a Super Jubilee to trade.

would the £800 be the folding clasp Jubilee bracelet (older style)?

No - the old style Jubilee (Rolex are fitting one for me now) is about the £450.00 mark. I am sure I have heard similar prices quoted by others on this forum for an SJ, such as Puffy. Easiest way to settle it would be for you to give Rolex a call and say you are thinking of one for a DJ. I wonder if AD's sometimes mark up on the cost they are quoted from Rolex?
