Hi, Does anyone know if you can take or send your watch directly to the Rolex repair centre at Bexley, Kent or do I have to take to a Rolex store?

You can just drop it off at Bexley or St James'....

You can drop it in directly, but be prepared to wait approximately 16 weeks at the moment. They're moving from their facility in Bexley to one at King's Hill, so if it's not vital, I'd recommend waiting until after Christmas - the turnaround should be much quicker then
