New PAM 320 today. Advice on black croc strap to go with it?

Hello gang,

Long time reader, second time poster. :)

I wanted the 321 but it seems impossible to find. However I am very happy to get a new 320 today at a shop near my office in London. I'm visiting for two weeks and had been communicating with the shop via email.

They got it in today and I arrived into Heathrow today!!! So I went and picked it up. When I go home next week I can reclaim the VAT!!! Woohoo!!!

So I really like the black croc w/ white stitch from the 321. Any suggestions on a similar looking strap from an aftermarket maker? I don't mind paying for the quality.

Thanks,
Lester

IMO - the OEM black croc with white stitching is one of the best if not, the best.

It comes at a hefty price though - last time I checked it was about £230-ish from memory.

I second that. The original croc strap is picked from the best grain/pattern skin. I have seen some aftermarket ones where you can see th pattern choice is not so good. Your other alternative is to get croc EMBOSSED leather. Ie. its like to be calf leather but they emboss the scaling onto it. I've never tried but they cost much less and they look very nice.

My FAV oem is the black gator and white stitch. It may seem expensive, but this strap is worth ever penny....even over the famous JV.

I have a 320 as well. I have the brown with white stitch and black with white stitch. I need to get some cool aftermarket straps for it though.

I will be wearing my 320 for the rest of this week. It is running +10 in 24hrs and I am deciding on when to send it back for a regualtion.

Thanks for the feedback. Picked up the OEM from Selfridges while out for a run today. Now I can claim the VAT on my way home next week!!!
