I would go with the SS/PT YM. I know this wasn't a choice but mine

Platinum YM is also very nice.

But if it was me I'd have the new ceramic blue bezel/faced Sub.

You do have a tough decision to make but seeing as you already own a Sub I would go for the Yacht Master.....very nice and elegant watch!!!
