Again, what a perfect way to ruin a good Rolex.

It's like they turned a Rolex into a toy watch.

The Polar looks nice, but I would be very reluctant to PVD one. That said, if you want to... they certainly look cool!

Each to his own. Not my cup of Tea, but I have wondered how long that stuff takes to wear through.

I can see the appeal for some...but it also makes me cringe when I think of doing that to any if mine. Sorry

This I would consider but, it would have to come from Rolex that way!! I would love a white face Milgauss with the green crystal but I can’t bring myself to do it. So many people will think the watch is fake and Rolex never intended it to be this way.

I actually really like the look of the Explorer 2 with a pvd or dlc coating on it!

Never understood the vitriol that these produce. If they're not your cup of tea then fine but it's hardly worth dragging the OP over the coals as it were

That would be cool to have....assuming you have several unmolested Rolexes, and at least one of the same model.
I have 2 subs, would I PVD one of them, nope....but its your money, and your style, do as you please!
