Putters to rolex?
Hi there, im fairly new to the the site, have been looking around for a while and loving it. This is my first big topic and was wondering if anybody else has gone down the same road as me. I was since a few months ago a big scotty cameron collector, there is a very strong collectors market and it has been great. Nevertheless i decided a change was due and made the bold move to sell my putters and go into watch collecting. Just wondering if anybody else on here has don this. Dont get me wrong im still a sucker for a putter

Well, by finding TRF you really aced it! Welcome to the club.
It's no chip shot making that crossover; much less a lag putt. I believe after time the obstructions will fade... and water hazards are no big deal in this game. So take a stance and drive head-first - just don't have a stroke after the sticker-shock... the only penalty I can think of. Feel free to swing over here any time. FORE!

Hi Braderz
Welcome to TRF I am new and do already own a Rolex but have been bitten by the bug and am looking to add a new watch. I dont know about becoming a dealer (I am a car dealer, and seem to relate watch dealing to car dealing!) It looks to me like there are loads on here that just swap & trade watches all the time, and I can see how you can get hooked in. |

It has proved to be a very valueble site with all the information you can pick up..
I suppose if you have the funds you can trade anything as long as there are other people who collect/deal in the same There are quite a few from the Uk on here I have seen . |

Totally in agreement, I believe it is always best to form a basic knowlege before collecting anything. Looks like you guys have a sense of humor as well :)

That's the worst thing you could do is blame the putter, it may be very costly to you ha.

That would be like saying it was your Rolex's fault that you were late to a meeting.
