Super Bowl Predictions

Post it here before the season begins so you can say I told you so.

Just pick one team from each conference. I know it's hard I have at least three teams from each conference I am favoring.

Me I am going to pick a dark horse from the AFC and the usual December disaster from the NFC.

AFC: J-E-T-S, Jets, Jets, Jets!

NFC: How bout dem Cowboys

Winner: Cowboys by a mile.

Cowboys BAH! Fat chance As long as Tony Romo is their starting QB, they'll never win a SB

I think Green Bay will get there from the NFC this year.

AFC? Tough one. You can't ever count out the Colts and Pats as long as Manning and Brady stay healthy. Jets? Could be. Let's see if they get stranded on Revis Island for the first few games.

I am not a Cowboys fan during the 70's I rooted for the Steelers! After they killed my beloved Bills in the SB just cannot root for them under any circumstance...I also don't like the 'America's Team' thing.

I just think this year with a chance to play in the Super Bowl in their house that might be enough incentive to get the job done. Then again they choke in December every year so they have more going against them than for them.

I think the Pats are on the decline in the AFC East Brady is not as good and Manning IMO who can make average receivers look like Hall of Famers, but I think the Colts age will catch up to them this year.

I would have picked the Chargers but the Jets seemed more plausible the Chargers are the AFC's Cowboys when it comes to playoff disappointment.

Raven's might be a choice if they can score.

Green Bay has to be taken seriously they are definitely a contender.

I hate the J-E-T-S!!!!!

No respectable DolFan can ever root for that team.

I know the Dolphins will not make it, but I think it not out of the questions to see them play in January.

Super Bowl, I like the Colts.

I predict that Donovan McNabb will NOT take the Washington Redskins to the Super Bowl.

I would like to predict that my beloved Philadelphia Giggles will win the Super Bowl, but I don't think they will be quite ready this year.

Philadelphia fans don't root for other teams.

As a Bills fan I hate the Jets as well but they made a lot of moves to set themselves up nicely to take the East.

Sadly the Fins and the Bills will battle for last place in the East again. The Pats will prevent the Fins from a January appearance and the Bills will just plain suck.

I have to disagree with you there. The Dolphin brass made some gutsy moves in the offseason.

I hate to do this to you, because you seem like a great guy (I've read plenty your posts), but I have to do it:

Did you know BILLS is actually an acronym?

B oy
I
L ove
L osing
S uperbowls

:r ofl:

This was a joke a college professor said back they lost 4 superbowls.

Bills jokes don't bother me they deserve it all, they blew it, if you cannot win just one out of four you deserve to be ridiculed.

It was a great ride and during that time the Bills owned the Dolphins and if it was not for the Bills Mario would have won a SB, the Bills took that away from him so it's all good. It will be a long time maybe never before another teams goes to four in a row win or lose.

You know, I really hope someone brakes the undefeated season already.

Every year is the same thing. "At least we went undefeated". I hate that. Let's make some new records and stop holding onto something that happened 38 years ago!!!!!

In my book, the record was broken because they played 14 games back then. So now its all a technicality. "It's the perfect season not 17-0". I can't stand that $hit anymore.

The dolphins need to turn the page and try to set records, not bolster what happened 40 years ago!!!!

Fins vs. Niners- wonder what odds I could get in Vegas if that came true?

With Singletary, now is the time that the 9ers go all the way. With a new home on the ballot I can not think of a better way to get it built.

Just a theory, mind, but I think there are a few teams that are cursed to never win SBs. These are teams that have made it to the big dance and lost more than once, and include the Bills (obviously), the Vikings (from years ago) and the Eagles. My favorite "charity" team remains the hapless Bengals, although for sheer futility we have to give a nod to the Lions (poor saps) as well as "dem Browns" Beyond that, just about everybody can be considered fair game in this or any other year.

All I know is my favorite team, "Da Bears" will be going nowhere this year. I think the Super Bowl will be the Jets against the Cowboys. Now the question becomes...will the commercials be interesting or duds!!!
