Mine moves over a notch here and there throughout the day/night but I am certain it is due to it getting caught on to something which gives it enough force to advance a notch.

Not an issue for me.

In a year of nearly daily wear, my classic Sea-Dweller bezel has migrated 2 clicks one time. I'd bet all you need is a new/adjusted spring.

My GMTII-C has to have a bit of force to move. I can run my two fingers around the bezel with decent force and it still doesn't want to move.

It's safe to say this bezel isn't going anywhere without a force acted upon it, besides gravity.
