I really wish they would have had an LV C there because I believe I would have been able to get that with no issues. The only thing I am a little bit sad about is the fact that I got rid of my first Rolex (16610LV) which is a now discontinued model. But hey, there is always the future I guess. I am already in love with the Sub C. It just has such a unique presence in my eye.
Congrats Josh, you did well

Thanks everyone. Im ascared to wear it LOL. In all seriousness though, the engineering is marvelous. What are everyone's experiences with the new design though? Does the bracelet hold up as well as the old style (which to me was a perfectly functional bracelet). The lugs are taking a bit of getting used to though. Maybe their idea was that it will give the watch a longer polishing life. 100 years of polishing and the lugs will resemble the old style .

Very nice Joshua. If I am reading right you swapped a 1985 DD w/diamonds for this? Depending on the condition, it sounds like a pretty even trade.

Good choice Josh.
It's hard to have a presidential daily user. They are gorgeous but to me, I would want a tool watch that still functions dressed up.

Congratulations.

For pete's sake, don't get it wet, or let anything touch the ceramic bezel. In fact, keep the bezel protector in place at all times.
