[QUOTE=TempoKing;2154626]You can start with "the best of times-Rolex wristwatches"
by James Dowling and Jeff Hess, that will give you an idea how Rolex got into the "Oyster" business.. Then you can specialize with books about the Rolex models you fancy ie. GMT, Daytona, Submariner, Explorer etc.[/QUO I will be on the lookout for these books. Great point Anastasios. |

I'd say my 4 top Rolex books are...
1. By Hess and Dowling The best of time in English 2. By Kesaharu Imai's Rolex 2.421 & 3.621 Uhren (watches) in German 3. By Pergola, Mazzariol & Dosso ..Rolex Daytona-A legend is born..(rare) Italian and English 4. By Skeet & Urul Vintage Rolex sports Models in English I can help with the "a legend is born" as it is very rare and out of print a must have for all Daytona manual-wind lovers, price 200 dollars. |
