SD bracelet adjustment - 6'o'clock side
Has anybody changed their SD bracelet to 4 full links on 6 side, requiring removal of a riveted link? Or replaced with a half link like on Sub?

Removing a permanent link on the 6 o'clock side is a very common adjustment for the Rolex Oyster bracelet..
So common, in fact, that Rolex has made all of their new bracelets with an additional screw link on that side to go down to 4 links......... The Sub half-link is attached to the clasp, so you would need to change the clasp out for that option...

Thanks for info. Does this removal ruin the link, or can it be added back? Yeah, I took advantage of this new feature on my sub-c, had AD adjust to 4 full links on 6 side.

The permanent can sometimes be removed without too much damage, but it is usually cut off, or destroyed in the clamping device used when pulling it apart... If a standard screw link is put back in it's place it is practically unnoticeable to the untrained eye..........
