White dial Turn-o-graph "thunderbird"

A few weeks ago someone on this forum was looking to purchase a white dial TOG. I just came across one for sale: http://www.bernardwatch.com/Rolex/Da...ird%27/RLX4855

Sharp looking watch. I'm tempted to buy myself an xmas present!

Love that white TOG. I wish they make one at 40mm or 41mm like the DJ2

I second that. I saw one over the weekend for the first time in person, and it is much smaller than it appeared in all the pictures. It's such a great looking watch though.

I was considering trading my Sub LV for a white dial TOG until I realized how much smaller that watch is on my wrist than the sub. 4mm makes a significant difference.

I was looking at DJ II's the other day - frankly the selection of dials for that model suck! No white dial roman nums, stupid white stick at 9 o'clock on various models. Idiotic!

If they released a classic white dial version in both SS and the TT in the 41mm it would sell like hotcakes!

There is one in the for sale section here as well. BodyBump (Oscar) has it listed at the link below.

I was at my AD's a few weeks ago and they had a new TT TOG w/yellow gold and white dial. Looking at the lighted display it stood out from the DJ II's and TT Datejusts it was grouped with. Felt good on the wrist as well. Had the modern oyster bracelet and was more substantial than the older models.......very nice im my opinion

Bernard watch has a good deal on a blue dial jubilee TOG. If I bought a TOG, I'd buy a white dial/jubilee.
