Does anyone have an copy of The "Rolex Talking Points" booklet? What's an easy way to get one? Is there an electronic version available?
Thanks |

Yes afraid today many ADs need a book to tell them about the products they sell and whats in the case etc sad but its true.

Product training is one of Rolex's big weaknesses at the moment. I wouldn't have a fraction of the knowledge I have now if it wasn't for sites like TRF, but Rolex should really be more proactive - not many salespeople have the same desire for knowledge that I do

Yes, sadly AD knowledge is very poor...perhaps 1 in 10 salespersons have enough interest in time pieces to learn about Rolex. One AD did have a designated Rolex person, but I wasn't impressed and never returned. Oh well, perhaps the general public really doesn't care and just buy on the strength of Rolex advertising.
One AD did provide me with a copy of the talking points book. It is "okay", but the link to the cards is perhaps more comprehensive in content. Happy reading and you can probably tutor your local AD.....ha! Cheers |
