Dan,

I am all Tudor today wearing my chrono, and as a matter of fact I have just ordered a dial like yours to my black dialled 79260P. It is supposed to come brand new from Rolex Geneva within a couple of weeks (at a fairly large price...). I am looking forward to convert my Tudor chrono to the same look as PanosI has!

And if I regret it, I will still have my black dial.

Here it is (old picture ... I am dressed for the office as I write this):

Best,

A

Anders, did your order the chrono hand set as well? If you're not happy, or very happy, with the results let me know. Maybe we can work something out.
Can't wait to see the results.

I ordered a full set; dial and hands.

I can't wait to see the result either... :-)

This is my less expensive way to try out "another" chrono. I am looking for a 79280 like yours... but I am also looking at vintage...Actually I'm afraid that I am looking too much... I tried out a 6694 two days ago, a 16000 two weeks ago, a Big Block before christmas, a brand new DJ just recently... not to mention the Date+Day that I passed on because I felt it was too expensive...

A new dial should make me happy for a while.

Best,

A

Chris met a gentleman from NYC at our local cigar shop wearing an IWC Portuguese a few weeks back. Very nice watch.

Still with the BM. Taking lots of near spills in the icy conditions and trying to protect the others.
