From 'Rolex 2421 Uhren' by K. Imai the following pic from a similar watch (albeit without OCC text). Telephone pic with bad light so poor quality (sorry)

Thanks so much for the information. It was an Ebay listing, now expired.

I passed because too many of the other watches listed looked a bit questionable.

And, at 4k, I think the price was a bit high.
