1st Rolex

After a long wait with an old Tag and on a recent trip to VA, I purchased my first Rolex. With price constraints I was initially looking at the SS GMT-Master II. As I had an opportunity to go by the AD, she was kind enough to show me the other rolexes. One that really blew me away was the TT Blue Sub!!!. I had earlier read and re-read other posts in the forum raving about the Blue SUB - JJ's the culprit which made me madly desire one at that point. Sometimes emotions ride over sanity and that was a time for it. Perhaps the time for the GMT will come later

Many thanks for other member's opinions & experiences which pushed me towards the Blue SUB especially JJ.

Very, very nice.

If I bought another sub, I think it would also be a blue one as well. Does it come in all silver bracelet though? For some reason I have never liked the two colour ones.

Hi Jay....I'm JJ!! A hearty welcome to TRF, pal.

Looks like you and I are in the same boat - with just one Rolex each in the bag - and the best of the best out there!!

Wear it in good health and please post some more pics when you have the time.

Cheers - JJ

Welcome, Jay, and great work on a CLASSIC! The only TT I would probably ever own. That blue just MAKES it.
