Oh furthermore, was there an inscription or wordings on the back? Wonder if it is a genuine Rolex.

The question is, did Rolex make those clocks (no matter how small the production was) or were those clocks made by its contractor(s)? So far, nobody has looked at the back of the so-called genuine Rolex clocks to find out who made them and where. It won't surprise me if the earlier clocks were Japanese made.

Who knows, one of these days I may come across one in an antique shop or show.

I doubt rolex make those clocks

In Toyota car, the audio set also printed with Toyota instead of sony, pioneer and etc... They just out-source it (I guess) and print their names.

I think that is most likely the case .

Since you're from Singapore, have you ever dealt with "Three Crown Watches". I bought a few of my Rolexes from them and they were very reasonable. I don't think they're in biz anymore. Time Antiques is still around and they too are very honest and good people.

Haha...sorry I never heard of "Three Crown Watches"
Or you may provide me more detail?

Yes, I just visited Time Antiques on last Friday. They are NO longer named as Time Antiques - the new name of "Moster Time". A few watches has impressed me a lot,

=> RARE Rolex "Submariner" Model #5513 - With EXPLORER DIAL
=> RARE Rolex Comex "Submariner" Model #5514 - Previous Comex #5514 was sold for World Record Price at recently Concluded Antiquorum 28th March Auction.

Anyone know what is the world record price???

As I asked in my previous post....do you know if those jewelry stores which display hundreds of Rolexes at their store windows are all Rolex ADs?
Yes, if they are basically jewelery stores selling a lot of gold jewelleries and their names are either starting with 'Chow Sxxx xxxx' (multiple shops on Nathan Road alone) or 'King Fxxk'. They are ADs in Hong Kong. I have bought multiple watches (10+) from either one. The RSC in Hong Kong is located at 14th floor, Jardine House, Central, on Hong Kong Island. You can call them and check on whether the shop is an AD.

Three Crown watches was owned by a former policeman of Singapore who was a watch collector. A very nice guy, I liked him a lot.

Yes, I do know that Antique Times has changed its name on the internet but I
thought they retain their old name for their store. Have you ever done biz with the establishment? I bought a couple of watches from them and they seemed fine.

The Oriental Watch Company too. Those 3 are the "biggies" in Hong Kong and God knows how many stores they have there and in Mainland China with literally hundreds of Rolexes, Pateks, Audemars on display at their store windows. Looking at so many of those expensive watches, they gave me a false impression that they were a dime a dozen. Their prices, however, are NOT particularly any lower than those in the USA. Don't Rolex ADs have to display some sorta certificate, identifying themselves as such?
