I actually learned of Panerai through this forum. When my son got his I got a chance to see one in the flesh and fell in love with it. My ex 88 is the only one I've had so far but a Radiomir is in the future.

Thanks for the give away opportunity Stevo.
I'm not an owner at present, but I have had them on and off my radar for years now. I actually passed on the opportunity to get a pre v destro way back in the early 90's (at a discount). What a miss.
I have no doubt that if/when the vision starts to go in 10 or so years that there will be a big, clear, easy to read Panerai on my wrist. And 20 straps in my drawer.
to you and Chris!

Pam

I love this one because it goes with ANY color strap, from black to baby blue, to green to yellow to red and back to black!

Now I just need a 320 to go with it!

I like my Pam because of it size, unique and best of all I can change the straps. Everytime I change my strap it feels like a new watch.

Well, first of all I like that they have a connection to a brand like Rolex, but I also like their design. Especially the Radiomir series!

Rugged military design. Beautiful simplicity. A truly brilliant designer knows when to stop. Thanks Stevo.

Love the design. Wasn't until I got one I found out the lume glows like a bright glowy thing. Awesome!

a) Panerai has a distinctive look and a pretty good sense of themselves. They also seem to be making good progress on the fundamentals such as in-house movements. Of course, there is also the strap game, which means a lot for long-term enjoyment. But mostly, I like OP because their watches are magic, and they just work for me.

b) Since I'm still in the honeymoon phase with this one, no sweeping statements are allowed.

Therefore, this is my favorite Panerai:

I don't own one yet, but have been eyeing up a 176 "G" . I like the painted dials.

Nice draw, Stevie.
