I may be in the minority but...
I'd get the LV-C.
I've owned both the black and white ss Daytona and it is a terrific watch but I much prefer the green Sub. Sounds like you're gonna get the Daytona though - you'll love it and can always grab an LV down the road. |

Daytona, No question!
Had a Sub C LV and really did like it. It was, however, the only Rolex I've had that drew negative comments from friends (non-wis). Surprisingly, not one liked the green. Personal choice though.... Get what makes you smile

Never been a great fan of Daytonas but i am wondering if the Sub is just TOO green ! Both nice watches though.

Daytona white face hands down. I agree with the others you'll be able to get a sub c lv preowned in a couple years if you choose at a good price. I think some folks who may have bought the lv as an only watch may find overtime that the green dial and bezel are a bit over done IMO. They'll be flipping for the SS Sub C LN and hence they'll be some LVs on the used market
