Anyone know Toronto?
Guys,
So I've just moved to Toronto (the Yonge and Eglinton area if anyone's curious) and am looking for some decent pre-owned watch dealers. I have a couple of guys in California and one in Vegas but it's awkward being in Canada and having to worry about customs and what not - so I'm wanting to find some decent, reliable, dealers who offer great watches at great prices. Does anyone have any advice or recommendations about dealers in the GTA? Cheers, Chris |

Welcome to Toronto.
At Yonge and Eg you have Van Rijk (north side of Eg, a couple minutes walk east of Yonge. Although they were nice to me, others have reported an unpleasant experience. Their prices seem very high too. In Yorkville (Cumberland between Bay and Yonge) there is Watchfinder. I just checked them out for the first time last weekend. A lot of variety - Rolexes and others. Prices seemed decent. Very friendly. |

Welcome to Canada! I'm in Markham, north of Toronto. I hear Daimiani's is good (RogerF) recommended them before.
There is another one in Markham as well called La Difference. They used to located downtown but moved uptown. Royal De Versailles is one of the biggest one in Toronto. Editing... oops I just re-read and you're looking for pre-owned. Van Rijk is the one that I know off.

Welcome to Toronto. I am two subway stops north of you. I recommend Van Rijk as I have been happy with them but others have not shared this experience. Van Rijk is just aroud the corner from you at 90 Eglinton E.
Humbertown Jewellers and Damiani are great AD's but specialize in new. They both get used from time to time. |
