radial dial

can someone please explain what is meant when refering to a "radial dial' on a 1675 GMT .

This is the rarest radial dial double swiss, a friend of mine just bought it

If you look at the 6 o'clock tritium marker it says SWISS in white print. Then barely visible below that it says SWISS in the same color print as the rest of the dial.

I saw it but I don't know why to print a double SWISS on the dial...
