You will have to take it to a watchmaker and get him to replace the crystal. It's a simple process, but you need the right skills and tools. With a genuine Rolex crystal it will cost you $200-300 (USD).

Crystals are a press fit onto the case.. Everything is taken out of the watch and it is pressed off from the backside (inside). A new one, with a composite gasket, is pressed on.
The older acrylic gaskets are pressed on with the bezel (or a bezel ring) because they stretch and so the bezel is part of the waterproof seal..

I've replaced a crystal at an AD for $180 within an 60 minutes. Walked in, had some tea, tried on some watches, then left with my watch!
