Pam Warranty

I just recieved my new Pam 000 today. It was shipped from another state. After checking things out I noticed it did not come with any warranty card or paperwork of any kind.

So my question would be what kind of warranty paperwork or card should it have come with.

If I am missing this what else could I possibly be missing. So what all should come with a new Pam?

I just recieved an email back from the AD in regards to my warranty. She said it comes from coorporate, she requested it and it should be here soon.

Seems a bit odd,but maybe thats how this store operates.

Interesting Dan. I don't have access to my Panerai boxes. But from memory, document wise, it should come with a booklet and warranty card... (not sure if there is a piece of paper with serial number and some sort of code on it... Cant remember. Sorry)

Was it triple boxed?

Now - since you have the Zero Hero. How do you like it?

Eric, yes it was triple boxed. Before starting the thread I actually emailed my AD, however I was a bit nervous so I started the thread as well. Anyway the AD replied fairly fast and said that they ordered it from corporate and the warranty card should be here soon.

I wore it all day. It definitely fills a what used to be a hole in my little group of watches.

Have a couple of straps on the way, I can see why a variety of straps are a big thing with the Panerai.

Keep us up-to-date on the papers. I have a 210 which has the same paperwork a zero will have and I can compare. I know it doesn't have a COSC certificate, but the paperwork is IMPORTANT with Panerai in regards to resale. Movement stickers, caseback, etc.

Yeah, important with all the watches, thats why I couldn't beleive I waited solong after getting the watch tonotice it not being there. But I was working pretty hard today and I was so happy I had my new watch on, it completely slipped my mind until later this evening.

I agree warranty card and booklets... I only buy PAM from Oscar so I have no clue what is supposed to come with it but I have been getting my bezel protectors

pam 0 comes with 2 straps, one leather (black) and one rubber. 1 warranty card and 1 booklet. 1 bezel protector. 1 screw driver. of course the 3 boxes including movement stickers. thats about it.

Dan, just remembered something.... does the serial numbers and codes on the outer yellow cardboard box match the actual watch?

sometimes it can be mixed up...

It should come with a cosc cert, and warranty card.

cosc cert is for pam 5. not pam 0 due to the second hand.

111 v 210

Only difference is the 210 doesn't have the cosc.



Instructions on top (blue on left and grey on right)
Cosc paper only for 111 (on left) as 210 doesn't have second hand.
Warrenty card (credit card) and book (grey thin).
Polish cloth (light brown)
Of course the movement sticker which is on the outside of the outer box.

In Europe many places only have two boxes, the wood and the blue. In US and many other countries you get an outer cardboard box.

Appears as I am only missing the warranty, doubt that a Cosc comes with the Pam 000. Anyhow for some reason have to wait on their corporate HQs to send it to me. But as long as i get it thats all that matters. maybe I should have asked about it from the begining as I just assumed it would come with the watch.
