Yes and no. I know that the Submariner 14060M still has holes along with the non-SEL bracelet. I'm not sure what other models have holes.

The newer cases do not have pin holes in the lugs......from about 2002 I think |

Afraid you cannot make lug holes,they are just drilled into the finished case.Now the non right though case lug hole came in around 2002 except for the nondate Sub.So less time to drill right though lugs means more time for production of Rolex watches.
