Not sure what you're asking. The crown guards looks consistent with the reference as of course the RED/BLACK insert and bracelet.

If you're asking about the dial it's a replacement. 16760s as I'm sure you know used tritium dials having run circa 1983 to 1989. "SWISS MADE" luminova is used as service replacement. Same dial as the 16710.

im new to vintage, so I am going to assume the replaced dial really hurts the "resale" price of the watch?

Well,..it has an impact. How much will depend on the serial number. If it was an early 16760 (circa first year it could have had a dial marked "OYSTER PERPETUAL" Latter examples were marked OYSTER PERPETUAL DATE" in addition of course being tritium.

It's a nice looking piece.

hey Mike, it is an early piece 1984, so my research shows it should have been the Oyster Perpetual dial...I heard the 3085 movements are hard to work on...whats your thoughts on that?

There are those that have said that. It's noteworthy that the movement only lasted a short while in the reference before being "upgraded" to the 3185 in the 16710.

My own experience has been they are excellent time keepers.
