To all my TRF friends who celebrate Pesach, a very happy holiday!

I am excited to sample some of my favorite stuff like matzo ball soup, chop liver and my Aunty's brisket...Mmmmm!

The Bartnenura Moscato is actually a good wine... light and bubbly (I have friends who drink it even though they are not kosher and could choose any wine they like). The Manischewitz... not so much. Good if you have never tasted any other kind of wine. After 3 glasses you won't be able to taste anything but the beet horseradish.

I have had the Manischewitz for the past 13 years, and thought I would surprise the fam with something a little different with the Bartneura . They had a Kosher wine tasting last Friday ,and I thought it was pretty tasty. Definitely a change from Manis. L ' Chayim

Really? Your in a suburb of Chicago so I wouldn't think it would be hard to get.

We are taking a break for a bit after the meal before continuing the Seder service. Once again, I ate too much but might have to make room for the pasadikka brownies!

Now where should I hide the affikhomen???

Brisket,Turkey,Matzah Ball soup, Hard boiled egg, Brownies,,Some Frozen Strawberry almond type cake. Pretty good Seder , although I drank too much Kosher Wine ,and now have an upset stomach.

I know what Lion is saying. Demographically speaking, there aren't too many places to find authentic "Jewish" food where he is. One would have to go much further north towards Skokie or in the City of Chicago.

I like gefilte fish but my wife hates it which is funny because she loves sushi. I guess it's an acquired taste like chopped liver which my gentile friends can't believe I eat but it is SOOOOOO good! It gets even better when I explain how it is made with schmaltz. Hah!
