How come my sub has a "flat" S, whereas yours has a curvy one?

Your also has a flat 4 on the bezel. What series is it? Probably older than 2003?

Doing it the Sub - Way
Not to knock other watch brands, but I really take offense when someone buys a Invicta watch and try to convince you that it looks just as good as your Rolex Sub.
There's only one "Submariner" I want, Rolex

Have had my ceramic a couple of days now, and I already suspect it's going to steal away a lot of wrist time from some other still very nice watches. The only other Rolex I've owned was an old datejust, around 1983, so, it almost feels like my first for some reason. I was all set to get a Deep Sea, but ended up going for the Sub, seems more elegant and versatile, I'm slowly getting over my "hard core, hockey puck" dive watch phase, and beginning to appreciate less bulk, plus, the DS's skinny clasp and bracelet taper was a little silly to me. :) Got a great deal a day before the price hike, so, the Sub just ended up being the one, and I'm very happy with it so far. Still haven't removed the plastic yet, I likely will tomorrow or this week anyway, as long as it's on, still feels brand new. :)

I apologize for my post, I initially thought it was a thread for all Subs, I now think it's only for the pre-ceramics, sorry.
