who wears it everyday?

I have assigned my PAM112 to be my daily wearer. however i still dont wear it when doing hard labor just typical work.

the dial is big and very easy to read, the lume is brighter than rolex. as for wrist expansion i just loosen the strap.

it can take the punishment and is a dependable watch.

its both a good and bad thing. good because it looks nice and accurate. bad because its going to get pummeled.

do many use it daily?

maybe about 1/2 the time....just like switching up the strap, i like to switch up the watch brand, too. i have no doubt i COULD wear it everyday, and i own watches to wear them.

I have been wearing my 164k everyday since purchase, and before that my 312m was my daily wearer, now I use the 312 for the weekends.

Though I rotate daily, the 233 comes on when I get home from work. IMO, it's one of the most comfortable watches in my collection.

I rotate my PAMs with my Sub C, but I have found that the Titanium case on my 177 makes it more versatile than my 000 (from a comfort perspective) and the brushed finish makes it less prone to hairline scratches than my 000. I have no doubt it would make a perfect daily wearer.

I rotate all my watches and hope to add another brand to my lineup soon.

I'd say I wear them from most to least as such...
210 > 16610 > 111

Today I'm stretching business casual...

I remember when I got my first Panerai (164), I wore it home from the dealer and then put it in the box. I was petrified to wear it and... gulp... possibly scratch or dent it! I wrote this on another forum and I received the best possible advice. You love it, you wear it! I was worried about resale value if I went to change watches (I know myself:-)). Silly to worry. I have learned that.

That being said, I have learned a lot about wearing expensive oversize watches these last 6 years. I have trained myself to put my left hand behind my back when I pass through doorways. I don't even think about it anymore. I take my watch off and pocket it in strange bathroom stalls so I don't gash the watch reaching for toilet paper :-).

Maybe I'm a bit over the top, but it has cured my fear. I now wear them proudly during all but strenuous excercize and when I putter around my garage.

just too funny, I was reading this dieing to hear how you had cured your fear of damaging your watch as I too am still in that fear stage but hearing the solution is taking it off and putting it in your pocket when using the toilet is like saying I no longer get scared at horror movies because I no longer watch them, hey if it works for you thats all that matters

I usually wear my 111 to work for a week, then rotate and wear my DSSD to work for a week. I wear my Breitling on the weekends when i want a little bling! Don't wear anything when serious work is involved (not that i do much of that).

+1. Usually 2-4 days a week I will have a PAM on (either my 111 or 183). When I travel it's the Rollie GMTc which is usually 1 wk a month.

I wear my 311 everyday, both for weekday work and weekend play (other than gym), goes well with both business and casual wear, it's that versatile

Since I got the Pam 326 back from Panerai, I wear it daily to work and change to my DSSD on the weekends. My other watches sit on the winder or watch box awaiting a change in rotation. If its a honey do task assigned to me by the wife, then I wear a beater.
