Custom dial or did they come from Rolex like that??

I am pretty sure that is a customized dial. Not my style but it is a great watch for someone who loves bling.

That looks custom to me, but I wouldn't put it past Rolex to make something like that. We've all seen the leopard daytona right?

I'm no expert, but the colored stones that match on the dial and the bezel almost certainly say "customized". This is probably a fairly expensive set of dial & bezel.

This look isn't my favorite, but if I was in the market for a DD, I would not overlook this one because of the bling. It wouldn't be very expensive to uncustomize it. IMO, if you replace the bezel with a fluted bezel, the whole watch will take a big step down in gaudiness. As flashy as this dial is, it becomes much less so if the bezel has no stones.
