Help in NYC with Rolex Date

My wife has a vintage Rolex Date. Late last year I had 'Antique Time' in Medford OR do a re dial and add gold baton hour markers. The process of dealing with AT was extremely slow and frankly really disappointing. Since we got the watch back two of the hour markers have fallen off. The first time we sent it back it took several weeks to get the work done & the watch back. AT said they would pay for shipping and flat out lied about sending shipping labels. In the end I sent it myself
Now another hour marker has fallen off. I really do not want to deal with Antique Time again. Can anyone recommend somewhere in NYC I cold get the hour marker re applied and the others checked.
Thanks in advance for any recommends.

Apologies for the complaints but I am really at the limit with Antique Time.
