I was in Houston a few days ago and found a great deal on a used Fseries Date 18k gold ....the only draw back in the 34mm size.....if it would have been a DJ I would have whipped out the AMX card to do some damage.

I really like it for the price 6800.00

I have a 1965 two-tone Date, purchased from the original owner with the warranty booklet and accessories. I hate to say it, but it is one Rolex that doesn't have a very large following unlike many of the sport models.

Wow, the gold ones look great. The combination of the blue dial and steel on that last picture is stunning. very classy

My Dad is a pretty big guy but he loves his Date. Looks fine on him.

I almost bought a Date a couple years ago. The super jubilee band on the Datejust sold me on the DJ, though.

The Date continues to be the classiest Rollie IMHO!
