Some help please..
Kinda board tonight so I thought I would ask some opinions on my next purchase. Looking at my signature you can see what I have and I'm a very blessed and happy with all of them but I'm not a Daytona guy or all gold, day/ day type of person.
Something's missing though, I was thinking that this would be a great choice to finish off my collection for right now and was just wondering if this would cover pretty much everything Thanks Mark

If you get one, you'll have most of the sport watches covered. I say go for it!

I'm not a big fan of the Milgauss but if you like it, get it . Have you considered the new Explorer II?

Nope, definitely a more formal watch but not so much so that you would hesitate to wear it with any style. I have a GV myself and it is a great looking piece that is unlike any other Rolex. I say add it to your collection.

I would say it is sport except it doesn't have crown guards, a characteristic of dress watches. So it's somewhere in between. The style is definitely more in the sport category imo.

Would fit your collection very well. A GV Milgauss is definatly a watch you have to try in the flesh before you commit, but once you do, most fall in love.

I would think you could surely go without the date on at least one of your watches. After all it would be one amongst many in a rotation. I think it looks great.

you've got colors covered with the LVc and TT subc....maybe go for a classic DJ to mix things up? on a jubilee?
if you like the milgauss, maybe the black dial for a little more sober look, given your collection? good luck with the hunt! |

Check out the DJII in white gold. There is a nice one on the boards. With the upgraded size to 41 mm they are a nice dress watch for someone more used to sports watches. They have for different dials. I considered it as well for my next purchase but I think I'm going with the GMT TT IIC.

This watch will fill a hole in your collection that not many (other) watches can fill. Question is; Do you really have a Millgaus hole in your collection.....
