how about you guys?
Yes, been wearing my SS GMT-IIc since I first got it when I was 26. I have had nicer watch than anyone I've worked with, with the exception of a couple people here and there.

It all depends on the industry, rarely do I see Rolex's in my line of work, I'll never see anything more upscale such as a Patek, AP, etc...

I've def. gotten some comments on it, someone once tried to call me out b/c he said he thought it was fake

For the most part though, most people aren't into watches and don't notice and/or could care less.

Yes, I wear mine every day. I have a "white collar" job, though.

My husband, however, does not, as his job involves doing things that could seriously damage his Sub. He also received the Sub as a birthday gift from his father, so it has strong sentimental value, too.

Like clock work, when I wake up 1 of my Subs is on my wrist! I don't worry about what other people think, just what makes me feel good.

Unless I was operating a jackhammer or something where damage is almost certain, I would wear that sub every day. Unless, of course, it's YG with diamonds all over it.

Understated succesful confidence is what I see a Rolex as. Wear it in good health!

Absolutely but only b/c I'm secure in my job. To OP, if you have to ask, you probably shouldn't.

Rolex to work

Yes I do on occasions. I wore it a lot when I did office work, but for the past years, I'm blue collar. Now and then it all it gets.

Few people ever notice what watch I'm wearing.

Yeah, I wear my vintage Sea Dweller to work. I don't wear the Daytona to work. I'd imagine if you wore Rolex dress watches no one would even know what it was. Sports watches are more recognizable to some folks. Many younger guys were Rolex as well. You can look in the parking lot and find all kinds of over the top bling cars that have devalued more than the price of a Daytona in a single year. Many of the guys have road bikes they paid $6000 or more for. No big deal.

Oh, I see most of the women with far more money in diamonds, sapphires and emeralds around their necks and ring fingers at work.

I have GMT IIc TT and I wear my watch proudly everyday. FYI, my boss wears fashion watch Hugo Boss.
I also drive better car than my boss. (BMW M3 vs Honda Civic)
I also have a bigger house than my boss (house vs. apartment)
My boss has seen my watch, car and home and has made several comments like I'm getting paid too much and he should reduce my pay and other nonsense.
You know what, I don't care what he says or thinks because I enjoy nice things and I work hard to earn them.
To the OP, you shouldn't have to hide the things that you have earned.
