Thanks. I've always wanted a black/gold Rolex with SS/Gold. Maybe I saw it on television growing up, not sure why, but in my mind, this is what I wanted. And, upon out shopping for gold, there she was. I jumped on it and been in love since. Now, I am of course, looking to add to the watch collection with more Rolexes. Plus, it matches my nice weather car perfectly, black Cadillac with gold trim... one person asked me if the watch came with the car. LOL!

Here's today's no Date. I actually own 3 Rolexes and all are NDs. Next one should be a Datejust.

I initially though this thread was limited to the standard "Oyster Perpetual" model, not other OP models that lack a date such as the AK, Sub ND, Daytona etc. But since everybody is invited, here is my Air-King:

Nice watches fellas! I especially like the 5513 from the 1970's, very cool. I love the elegance of a no date Rolex, so fresh and clean looking. Please keep posting your favorite no date Rolex watches!
Thanks, edr3 |

Thanks... and as referenced in my earlier post in the thread, I mentioned the timepiece compliments my Cadillac perfectly. Here's a new shot of the 14203 with the car. Black/Gold. Love it.

The date for my work is too important but no date has a more balanced look.

My wrist is not raised in this pic, but my spirits are always raised when strapping on a ND!

Rolex no Date models
I have no photos to post, at least not yet. I do own a 116000, black dial with two orange concentric circles in the middle with the usual superlative chronograph wording circling inside the two circles. I purchased it new so it has the latest in the mechanics. I also have a Submariner 14060M COSC non date. It is just over two years old and again am guessing it has the latest, or close to, mechanics. As Rolex states in one of their booklets concerning the no-or- non date oyster chronograph, that takes Rolex back to its beginnings.
