Wow,
Nice variety. Unless it's species specific (I have several TT Subs of different styles and years) I like to see a bit of variety like that. If all your watches look alike, it takes the feel (joy, elation, high, whatever) out of each time you strap on a different one. very nice. |

No offense, but two things strike me when looking at your Daytona:
1) It is a "Skinny Hands" version, so it must be an early F-series (around 2004). Did you buy it BNIB or "estate"? 2) The hour markers at 3, 6 + 9 look very square to me. Could you post a macro pic of the dial? About "Fat Hands" versus "Skinny Hands" Daytonas, read this link: http://www.rolexreferencepage.com/fathands.html

question, how much is a brand new ss daytona in your local ad? here it's $12,250 (already discounted). is that just about right or did they bump the prices up a bit?

Skinny vs. Fat hands
Hmm...that's new to me...is it one is preferred than the other? I bought mine BNIB from a Rolex dealer in Seattle. The price in 2004 was 6500. I didnt know that price now is 7900.
