Attention 14060 owners (NOT the newer 14060M)! Is this even possible? Need your help.
I'm looking to (maybe) purchase a pre owned ND Sub 14060. Like I said on the title of my thread, it's a 14060 not the newer (or modified) 14060M. I am comfortable with the seller, me and my friends have purchased from him in the past and he's a cool guy. But as I was playing with the watch the other day, I noticed that the hands turn counter clockwise when I turn the crown clockwise! I remember reading here that the hands should turn clockwise when turning the crown clockwise too (on modern Rolex watches) otherwise it's a fake! However....on the older ones, I know that this is possible. I do have a manual wind 6694 and the hands turn counter clockwise when I turn the crown clockwise. So my question is.......is this alright for a 14060 that the hands turn counter clockwise when I turn the crown clockwise? What year/serial did they change it to the new one where the hands turns clockwise when you turn the crown clockwise? And if you do have a 14060 (NOT THE 14060M), does your hand turn clockwise (or counter clockwise) when you turn the crown clockwise? And what serial is it?
Any input would be appreciated! Thanks TRF! |

My 14060 (sourced new from an AD) has this same situation. It is an E serial.
