Online Horological School / Rolex Watchmaking
Hi there,
I am seemingly becoming very interested in the study of horology and watchmaking in general. I don't think I'd want to go to a formal school for this though, as I live in Ontario and we don't have any schools for that around here. Does anyone know if Rolex or any other watch brand offers an online school or some sort? Does anyone have any advice for me if I'm interseted in becoming a horologist and what steps I should take to become a watchmaker? Thanks. |

I don't think so, unless you come studying in swiss.. Why would't you buy a "school-book" , dédié à l'horlogerie? C'est un bon début...

You may want to check out the timezone watch school. It's online and looks like it's probably a good starting point. Best of luck!
