Why is it so hard to find Tudor dials for sale?

I have a Tudor day-date that I love. I'm looking to replace the old stick dial for a Tudor dial with diamonds, but it's near impossible to find.

I called a few local places, and was advised that all they had were the Rolex diamond dials that they could install on my Tudor, WTF.

I have looked high and low for a original Tudor dial with diamonds with no luck.

seems like everyone has the Rolex dials but no Tudors, and I have no reason why.

anyone have any recommendations.

Rolex does not import Tudor into the US, so there is no distributor or outlet for the watch or it's parts..

Canada still imports Tudor, so you may have better luck if you find your way up there..

Movement parts not a problem as any world wide watchmaker could sourse them being ETA based. But when it comes to case parts dials etc then its back to Rolex,Tudor never made many diamond dial watches.
