Here is my Panerai PAM-184 Radiomir GMT. (Photo from the reseller since I can't do any better). JLC movement. GMT adjustments moves the 24h bezel/ring, not the GMT hand.

Wow, the the GMT hand is locked in with the hour hand? Only the bezel moves? Very interesting.

It's a clever system, and it simplifies the mechanism somewhat. I'd still prefer and independent adjustable 24 hour hand, just for legibility's sake.
