I wonder if they'll ultimately move the SS models to a black bezel? Tudor models have done this over the years, so maybe Rolex is playing the trend game with this regard? Hmmm....

I got a feeling the chocolate daytona will be the best selling 18KT model in the professional lineup.

Very handsome watch, well done Rolex!

Price point? $23,000???

I really like this combination, and like Daytonas on leather. But the price will likely be very scary! In Canada the YG Daytona on leather is already cdn$23590. Figure on another $1000 for ceramic and $1000 for RG and suddenly you are in coronary territory?!
Someone please pick me up off the floor!

40mm thank god they didn't ruin it by making it obnoxiously large like so many pieces out there!

Good call on the price points...I didn't factor in the everose premium. That dash of PLAT adds up!

I am relieved that its staying 40mm only because I just bought mine a month ago and would hate to spend the money on another!

Looks-wise, I'm not so crazy about the ceramic bezel but will wait to see it in person before I decide for sure

I don't have any problems with. Don't need a date or 42mm.
Lugs look the same to me. I hope this is the begining of Rolex
Offering more choices in the Daytona line. Would love to see
A true PM dial in both SS & Gold.

Suprised that the watch most needing a larger case is only 40 mm; own goal by rolex or are they planning a 'daytona 2'

I love the way it looks! Pink gold with chocolate dial and black leather strap, mmmm!

Finally, a Cosmograph Daytona that appeals to me. This is the first Daytona that actually makes me want to buy it!

I can understand why Rolex kept the Daytona at 40mm and why they didn't add a date function to it, but what I really don't understand is why it doesn't have a flyback chronograph!

This watch doesn't have date function that I want but chronograph that I don't need. But if I win a lottery, this is the watch I will get. Just so beautiful.

Maybe we need to need about 30 years until Rolex introduces a new chronograph movement. :)
