does anyone know what the country code 736 stands for?

Did a quick search, here's what it came up with:

Geographic Relief Code - This code has been "reserved" for future relief of existing codes that will be exhausting at least once in the next 20 years.

That's the country code on the papers of my Z series Yachtmaster. Was trying to determine what it meant.
