I guess I should clarify as to let her get SOME sleep none of this full night sleep business. That goes bye bye once you decide to have kids.

I did the Tiffany diamond earrings (we had twins so I figured two of something made sense).
I kinda cheaped out as it was also her birthday present and our 10th anniversary present. But we don't buy each other presents on these occasions, so she was very happy - a complete surprise for her. |

My friend just had his second kid, and asked if he could stay at my place a few nights to get some sleep. Initially I thought he was kidding, but when he asked again I told him no, stay at home and help his wife. I declined for somewhat selfish reasons as his wife would have killed me if I agreed. |

The heck of it is, I think my husband would have done the same thing, except for the fact that he can sleep through absolutely anything. And he does! It's okay, though. He works hard and I am free to treat myself to nice things every now and then. |

After the arrival of our son I bought my wife a DJ 16220 with Salmon face. She had been looking at them for a while so I took a flyer. It wasnt a new one as I wasnt convinced she would have liked the larger sized watch when actually wearing it. However I was wrong, she wears it all the time, a genuine tough beater. Perfect when running around after a 3 year old. I asked if she wanted to switch to a new 116220 with pcl's etc, she declined, she loves her beaten up old DJ just fine.
